18-Month-Old Twins Tragically Die After Grandma Leaves The Back Door Open
A heartbreaking tragedy has struck a family in Oklahoma City after 18-month-old twins, Locklyn and Loreli, drowned in their backyard pool. The toddlers managed to slip outside after their great-grandmother, who suffers from Alzheimer’s, unintentionally left a back door open. Their mother, 37-year-old Jenny Callazzo, found them unconscious in the water on a Thursday morning.
Despite the efforts of emergency responders, both children were pronounced dead two hours later. Jenny lives in the home with her husband Sonny, their six children, and her grandmother. A relative confirmed that the accident occurred due to the open door, which allowed the twins to access the pool unnoticed.
